A renovation and re- configuration of a Two bedroom apartment to reflect the changing the housing prioritiers of the owners.

Living room was enlarged and now includes an open kitchen, while space previously occupied by the kitchen was converted into a small guest bedroom that was used as a private home office during the pandemic.

Transformation was a collaboration with KnockOut Renovation as interoior designer and KadievStudio as a supervising architect of record responsible for zoning and code compliance and managing the project through Condo Board reviews and approvals.

The renovation was completed in 2020.
